The tray is made of steel sheet with surface protection in the form of electrolytic galvanization — ensuring corrosion resistance without additional coating treatment. This galvanization is not just a surface layer, but a durable protection that works even with minor mechanical damage during installation.
The U-profile with dimensions 54x600 mm and a length of 3 meters creates a stable structure that withstands mechanical loads from wires and cables well. The useful cross-section of 30 633 mm² allows for the free arrangement of multiple wires — there is no need to worry about overcrowding or limiting the number of cables in a single tray. The lack of built-in partitions provides full flexibility in route organization — you can divide them independently using insulators or ties, depending on the installation needs.
Installation is simple: the tray can be mounted on a wall or ceiling using standard brackets. There is no need to use additional connecting elements — this is a model without a connector, which simplifies logistics and reduces the number of components on site. Note: this is not a fire-resistant tray — it does not meet E30/E90 requirements, so do not use it where fire insulation is required in case of fire.
The operating temperature range from -20°C to +120°C makes it suitable for both temperature-controlled rooms and places with variable climates — e.g., technical corridors, production halls, or warehouses. A weight of about 3.9 kg per meter of length is a compromise between strength and ease of transport and installation.
