The tray is made of steel with an electrolytic zinc coating, providing corrosion resistance in moderately aggressive environments. The coating is smooth and uniform, facilitating installation and surface maintenance without excessive scratching or irregularities that may occur with hot-dip galvanizing.

The U-profile with dimensions 150x300 mm and a length of 3000 mm has a usable cross-section of 45 000 mm²—sufficient for arranging a large number of cables or wires in a single tray. The absence of built-in partitions allows for flexible cable organization without structural constraints.

The model does not include a built-in connector—there is no integrated clamp or joining element. If you need to connect it to another tray or system component, you must add a separate connector (e.g., EDRNEZ or FASLOCKXLGS).

The weight is 3.4768 kg/m, resulting in approximately 10.4 kg for the entire 3-meter tray. This value is stable and consistent across various sources and does not change depending on the installation method or load.

It operates in temperatures from -20°C to +120°C, making it suitable for both cool technical rooms and areas with heat-generating equipment. It does not meet the requirements of the E90 or E30 fire resistance systems and is not designed to maintain functionality during a fire.

Installation requires appropriate brackets or hangers. The tray is not flexible and cannot be bent without special tools. All Cablofil system components are compatible with each other, provided they conform to the same model and standard.
