Safety valve for central heating. Connections with 3/4 inch internal thread 4 bar 311540
The CALEFFI safety valve is a key element protecting central heating systems from excessive pressure. This model, equipped with 3/4 inch internal thread connections, is designed to work with systems with a maximum working pressure of 4 bar. Its function is to automatically relieve the installation in the event of exceeding the permissible value, thereby protecting boilers, radiators and other elements from damage.
This valve is characterized by precise pressure adjustment (within +20% of the set value) and closing (-20% of the set value), which ensures reliable operation and minimizes the risk of unwanted activations. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in difficult conditions. The medium temperature range is from 5 to 110°C, making it a universal solution for most standard CH installations.
- Installation protection: Prevents damage caused by excessive pressure in the system.
- Precise adjustment: Ensures accurate setting of the opening and closing pressure, minimizing the risk of false alarms.
- Wide temperature range: Allows use in installations with different medium temperatures (5–110°C).
- Durable construction: Guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation.
- Standard thread: 3/4 inch internal thread connection facilitates installation and integration with the existing installation.
- Nominal pressure PN 10: Ensures safety and compliance with applicable standards.
The safety valve must be installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Remember to connect it correctly to the installation and provide adequate drainage in the event of the valve activation – the drain connection also has a 3/4 inch internal thread (ISO 228-1). Regular checking of the valve's condition and proper operation is crucial to ensure the safety of the entire heating system.
