Concrete screw with double internal thread

The BTS H 6x50 screw is designed for repeated installation in cracked concrete without the need for replacement after damage – ideal for installers who frequently modify or adjust the installation layout. The internal threads M8 and M10 allow quick attachment of threaded rods, clamps, or mounting rails without additional joining elements.

Installation is performed in two steps – first a hole is drilled, then the screw itself is screwed in using the same tool. This shortens work time and eliminates the risk of error when changing tools. Two anchoring depths (35 mm and 50 mm) provide flexibility: the shallower depth reduces the risk of hitting reinforcement, the deeper depth offers higher load capacity where space permits.

The H‑type head has a hexagonal shape with an integrated washer, facilitating tightening and preventing rotation during fastening. Hole diameter 6 mm is standard for this type of anchor – no special drill is required. Drilled hole depth is 40–55 mm, matching various concrete conditions and mounting needs.

The zinc‑aluminum coating not only increases corrosion resistance but also acts as an additional mechanical barrier – especially in moist or aggressive environments. ETA and CNBOP certificates confirm compliance with European safety standards for non‑structural applications.
