Universal anchor for fastening in various building materials

The FX 8x40 anchor with a 5x60 mm screw is designed for stable and secure fastening in concrete, brick, blocks, hollow blocks, drywall, and other building materials. Its construction relies on 4-sided expansion, generating high load values – without the need for an additional snap or adhesive. The top flange prevents the anchor from slipping into the hole during installation, facilitating precise positioning and eliminating the risk of losing it inside the hole.

The PZ2 screw with a hexagonal head (5x60 mm) is supplied together with the anchor – ready for immediate use. It is made of galvanized steel, ensuring corrosion resistance even in humid environments. The screw is compatible with both chipboard and wood or metal profiles – there is no need to purchase separate screws.

Anti-rotation protrusions on the sides of the anchor effectively prevent it from rotating within the hole during tightening – a key feature for fastening stability, especially under dynamic loads (e.g., TVs, shelves, cabinets). The anchor is made of halogen-free, high-quality nylon, which does not degrade under UV exposure or temperature variations. It operates safely within the range of -40 °C to +80 °C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications – e.g., mounting lighting, air conditioning units, or commercial signs.

Installation is simple: drill an 8 mm hole to a depth of 55 mm, insert the anchor (the flange rests against the surface), then tighten the screw – expansion occurs automatically under pressure. No specialized equipment or skills are required.
