Universal frame anchor for fixing in concrete, brick, and lightweight materials

The CELO MFR 14x200mm frame anchor with hexagonal screw is an element designed for durable and secure fixing of facade substructures, wooden or metal, in commonly used building materials — concrete, solid and hollow brick, lightweight concrete, and natural stone. It was created for installers who need a uniform, proven solution without additional components.

The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon — it does not become brittle at low temperatures nor deform under long-term load. Its construction includes transverse thickenings that ensure early and intensive expansion upon driving — the anchor begins to grip the substrate already at the start of installation, reducing the risk of shifting during screw tightening.

The screw is an integral part of the anchor — it does not require separate assembly. It features a hexagonal socket, allowing precise tightening with a 16-point wrench or closed-end wrench, without risk of slipping. The integrated washer distributes the load evenly, protecting the anchor from excessive pressure and deformation.

The flat flange on top of the anchor provides protection against crevice corrosion — important for direct contact with metal profiles or steel components. The ETA approval confirms that this product meets European technical requirements for fixing systems in building structures — it may be used in facilities requiring technical documentation.

Installation is performed in a pre-drilled hole with a diameter of 14 mm. After driving in the anchor, simply tighten the screw — no additional nuts or washers are required. All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled — reducing storage costs and saving time on site. The uniform setting depth facilitates installation of various lengths without the need to adjust tools.

The maximum thickness of the fixed element is 130 mm — ideal for mounting window and door frames and other metal-wood profiles.
