Metal sleeve for the ResiFIX system

The sleeve, with a length of 1000 mm and a diameter of 22 mm, is designed for use with the ResiFIX injection system. Its construction allows it to be cut to suit individual installation requirements – there is no need to purchase multiple different lengths; one sleeve and an appropriate cutting tool are sufficient.

It is intended for use with threaded rods M12–M16 and RAST rods M6–M8. This means that a single sleeve accommodates both thicker rods used in heavy-duty fixings and thinner rods typical for light structures. There is no need to change the load-bearing element – simply replace the rod.

Manufactured from metal, it ensures consistent and unchanging geometry during resin injection. It does not deform under pressure, guaranteeing an even distribution of the bonding material within the concrete hole. This is crucial for connection stability – especially under dynamic loads or in areas with a high risk of vibration.
