Fast, bridge-free anchoring on insulated facades

The ResiTHERM® 12 system is a single solution for all insulation types – from 60 to 220 mm in concrete, 60–190 mm in aerated concrete and solid brick, and 60–160 mm in perforated brick. There is no need to select different kits for various insulation thicknesses. One kit is sufficient, enabling installation without adjustments, even if the insulation is not perfectly uniform.

The 60 mm thick black thermal module acts as a barrier between the wall and the anchored element, effectively eliminating thermal bridges. This reduces heat loss and prevents condensation and mold growth. It is not merely an accessory but an integral part of the system, pre-installed and requiring no additional steps during installation.

Safe and durable – with ETA approval and weather resistance

All components are made of A4 stainless steel: M12x260 threaded rod, M12x70 threaded stud, nut, washer, and siebhülse. This ensures zero risk of corrosion, even under prolonged exposure to rain, salt, or moisture. The EPDM seal is pre-installed and tested according to DIN EN 1027: it withstands wind-driven rain at wind force 11 (hurricane) and accommodates displacements up to 3 mm. No additional sealing of the anchoring point is required – the system is ready for use immediately after installation.

ETA approval confirms its safety in load-bearing applications – it is not a simple bracket for awnings or antennas. This solution is designed for medium and heavy loads that must meet construction safety requirements.

Simple yet precise installation

There is no need to worry about rod length – it can be shortened before installation to match the specific insulation thickness. The M12 thread allows for later adjustment of the screw-in depth, ideal for situations where walls are not perfectly flat or insulation has an irregular structure.

The kit also includes 8 MDV mixing vessels (200 mm) and an Innensechskant 6 bit – everything needed for proper injection of ResiFIX mortar through the SH 20x130 siebhülse. However, installation requires additional mortar; this is not a "drill and done" system. Remember to use the correct amount of injection mortar: 2 cartridges per kit (for installation without siebhülse) or up to 7 cartridges when using the siebhülse.
