Fast and Solid Mounting on C-Type Profiles

The hammer screw 927820EPR is a component designed for practical and quick mounting of M6 and M8 brackets on profiles with dimensions 27x18 mm. Installation requires no drilling or additional tools – simply insert the screw into the profile and rotate it by 90° to lock it in place. This mechanism allows arbitrary positioning of the mounting point along the profile, significantly facilitating system adjustment during installation.

Integrated construction: the steel screw with M8x20 mm thread and square washer form a single unit, eliminating the risk of losing parts during assembly. The washer, with an enlarged contact surface against the profile, increases load capacity and distributes the load, while its shape prevents the screw from rotating during tightening.

The bracket is made from materials with proven properties:

• DC01 steel with CrIII zinc coating (5–8 µm) – corrosion-resistant, free of hexavalent chromium
• PA6 (polyamide) – the plastic part ensuring precise sliding and stability when inserted into the profile

Operates smoothly even when working with gloves – the shape and surface are optimized for ergonomics.

Compatibility and Load Capacity

The product holds an ITB approval, confirming its compliance with Polish technical standards for fastening systems.

For the 27x18 mm profile (i.e., the one it is intended for), the maximum load capacity is 120 kg – sufficient for most ventilation, piping, cable, or heavy equipment bracket installations.

Please note: this screw is not intended for mounting on profiles thinner than 27x18 mm – its dimensions and construction are tailored exclusively to this specific profile type. Do not attempt to use it on 30x13 or 35x13 profiles – load capacity will decrease, and the mounting may become unstable.
