Equal-flow tee for gas installations, press-fitted

Fitting made of Cu-DHP copper with 99.99% purity, phosphorus-deoxidized, in accordance with PN-EN 1254. All three connections are press-fit sleeves with a diameter of 18 mm – each compatible with copper pipe meeting PN-EN 1057. The angle between branches is 90°, enabling compact and precise changes in pipeline direction without the need for additional components.

Connection is achieved by pressing with jaws of profile B. The internal sealing ring made of HNBR (yellow) features a PI (Press Indicator) system – an unpressed connection is immediately visible during pressure testing from 0.1 to 6 bar. This not only ensures installation safety but also eliminates the risk of leaks after installation – the installer knows immediately whether the fitting has been properly pressed.

Operating pressure up to 5 bar, operating temperature up to 60°C – suitable for natural gas, LPG, and compressed air installations of class 4–5 in accordance with ISO 8573-1. The fitting is marked with a yellow color and the symbol >B< – clear visual identification for gas applications. It complies with technical approval AT/2016-03-06 and the certificate issued by the Oil and Gas Institute in Krakow.

Installation requires no soldering, welding, or additional materials – only a pressing tool with appropriate jaws. No flame means no fire risk during installation, as well as faster and cleaner work execution. The connection is permanent, resistant to twisting and pulling – no additional fastening at fitting locations is required.
