Single-channel bypass connector, crimped on both ends

Connector made of carbon steel, electrolytically galvanized – both externally and internally. No gaskets, no flanges, no valves. This is a simple, one-piece component that directly connects two pipes with a diameter of 18 mm without changing the diameter.

It is designed for crimped systems – installation is performed using a standard crimping tool. Both ends are identical: push-fit, without additional elements. No adjustments are needed – the pipe is inserted and crimped.

An offset is implemented – this means the axes of both ends are not aligned in a straight line. This is not an error; it is a design feature. It provides flexibility during installation in tight spaces where aligning pipes perfectly straight is difficult. In practice: it avoids the need for additional fittings and bending pipes at angles.

Working pressure up to 10 bar at 20°C – sufficient for most water supply and heating installations in residential and commercial buildings. There are no UL, FM, or ULC certifications – it is not intended for systems requiring these standards (e.g., American fire protection installations).

There are also no metal gaskets or other additives – everything relies on the seal achieved by deforming the pipe wall during crimping. This means: installation must be performed precisely, with the appropriate tool and force. There is no room for "approximate" execution.

Alloy steel – in both connection 1 and 2 – ensures material homogeneity. There is no difference between the interior and the outer surface. Galvanization protects against corrosion in humid conditions but does not replace proper system design.

This is a component for the installer who knows what they are doing: simple, without unnecessary features, but effective where a simple change of direction or connection of two pipes without axial offset is required.
