Sliding Coupling 35 mm – Electrolytically Galvanized Carbon Steel, Press-Fit
The 35 mm sliding coupling is manufactured from thin-walled carbon steel profile, electrolytically galvanized. The zinc coating provides corrosion resistance in installation conditions without the need for additional protection. The design is intended for press-fit assembly – it requires no threading, welding, or gaskets.
Application of this coupling is straightforward: it connects two pipes continuously without axial offset. It is a solution for hydraulic and heating systems where a quick and durable connection between components of the same diameter is required. The absence of threads means fewer failure points and faster installation – especially when working in confined spaces.
Note: The coupling has neither internal nor external threads – it is a pure intermediate element. It is not suitable for connecting valves or threaded fittings. Its function is exclusively to join two pipes compatible with the press-fit technology.
Compared to F/F type couplings (e.g., PC4270G), this version (PC4275) has no threads at either end. This is a key difference: if you simply need to extend a pipe or connect two sections, this coupling is ideal. If you need to connect something else, a different type is required.
Dimensions are precise according to press-fit standards. There is no room for compromise – the fit to the pipe must be perfect to ensure a guaranteed seal during press-fitting.
There are no additional components: no gaskets, no nuts, no mechanical fasteners. The entire assembly works through the deformative compression of the pipe wall by the pressing tool – therefore, using the appropriate tool set is essential.
This is a solution for the installer who knows what they are doing: fast, safe, and without unnecessary components.
