Tee 35 mm - thin-walled galvanized carbon steel, swaged PC5130 0353535
Tee with crimped sockets, 35 mm
Tee made of thin-walled galvanized carbon steel, designed for crimped systems with pipes of 35 mm outer diameter. All three connections are identical — crimp sockets, without reduction, without gaskets, and without additional elements such as air vents or drain valves. The construction is uniform, without unnecessary compromises.
Each connection features electrogalvanizing — protection of both the inner and outer surfaces, which increases corrosion resistance in humid or aggressive environments. The surface is neither polished nor lacquered — it remains in a raw state, ensuring optimal adhesion to the crimped pipe element.
Blind or with a stop flange? Yes — it has a stop flange. This means that during crimping, there is no need to additionally secure the position of the tee. The flange acts as a stopper, preventing displacement when using the crimping tool. Practical for the installer — fewer errors during assembly, faster process.
Maximum working pressure: 16 bar at 20°C. This is not a theoretical limitation — it is a value confirmed for this specific fitting. It operates safely in heating, water supply, or cooling systems where this level is not exceeded.
Gasket material? There is no gasket. This is not a fitting with an elastic seal — it is a metal-to-metal crimp. Leak resistance depends solely on the quality of the crimping and the condition of the pipe. If the pipe is clean, undamaged, and properly prepared — the connection will remain tight for a long time.
There are no FM, UL, ULC, or LPCB certificates. This does not mean it does not meet standards — it simply has not been tested or certified by these American or British institutions. In Europe, it functions as a component of a system complying with EN 10255 and EN 1254-1 (for material and pressure).
Installation: crimping tool only. No threading, welding, or glue is required. There is no risk of leaks due to improperly tightened threads. There is no need to check the tightening torque — simply crimp correctly.
For the installer: simplicity, speed, repeatability. For the user: no leaks after years, corrosion resistance in areas exposed to moisture.
