90° Elbow with Press-Fit Socket and External BSPT-R Thread

Elbow made of alloy steel, electrolytically galvanized, designed for press-fit connections with pipes having an outer diameter of 15 mm. One side features a press-fit socket, while the other has an external tapered gas thread BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1), corresponding to the 1/2 inch standard. No gaskets included — the connection is achieved solely through pressing and threading.

The fitting is one-piece with a stop collar, ensuring stability during installation and preventing pipe movement within the socket. The surface finish on both ends is raw — no additional coatings or paints. Both ends are protected by electro-galvanization, enhancing corrosion resistance in humid installations.

Product length is 41 mm, elbow angle 90° — ideal for changing flow direction in confined spaces. Maximum working pressure at 20°C is 16 bar — sufficient for heating and district heating systems. Gasket material (EPDM) is not part of this component — the product contains no gaskets.
