A 45-degree double-elbow with a diameter of 35mm from the B Press Gas series is a component of a press fitting system, made of high-quality copper. Designed for creating durable and tight connections in gas installations, as well as compressed air systems. This fitting allows changing the direction of pipes at a 45-degree angle, providing flexibility in installation design.
Construction and materials – a guarantee of durability
The elbow is made of phosphorus-deoxidized copper (Cu-DHP) with a purity of 99.99%, which ensures high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The use of copper in combination with precise pressing technology guarantees a non-detachable connection resistant to tension and torsion. All elements of the >B< Press Gas system are manufactured in accordance with PN EN 1254 and PN EN 1982 standards, confirming their high quality and safety. Additionally, the cylindrical guide ring with an O-ring seal facilitates correct insertion of the pipe and protects the sealing element from damage.
Application and compliance with standards
B Press Gas fittings are used in installations:
- natural gas,
- LPG (liquefied gas),
- compressed air,
- light heating oil.
They meet the requirements of PN-C 04750 for gas installations and PN-EN 1057 for copper pipes. Yellow color marking clearly identifies the fitting for gas installations. The >B< Press Gas system has a technical approval AT/2016-03-06 and a Certificate of Conformity issued by the Oil and Gas Institute in Krakow, confirming its compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
