Double socket bend for gas and compressed air installations

This 90° double socket bend from the B Press series is a reliable solution for creating connections in gas installations (natural gas, LPG) and compressed air systems. Made of high-quality copper and bronze, it ensures durability and safety. Designed for pipes with an outer diameter of 20 mm, it enables precise and tight connections thanks to the pressing system.

Construction and materials

The fitting is made of Cu-DHP copper with a purity of 99.99% deoxidized with phosphorus (according to PN-EN 1254 standard) and bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) according to PN-EN 1982. The use of these materials guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Additionally, the presence of a yellow HNBR O-ring with a leak detection system increases the reliability of the installation.

Installation and compatibility

The bend is designed for pressing with V-profile jaws, ensuring quick and secure installation. It can be used to connect all types of copper pipes meeting the requirements of PN-EN 1057 standard. The characteristic double hexagonal clamp before and after the barb facilitates the installer's work and ensures a stable connection. Conex B Press fittings are manufactured in Spain and Poland, confirming their high quality of workmanship. They are available in a wide range of diameters – from 15 to 54 mm – and each one is clearly marked with the “B” symbol, dimension and yellow color for easy identification.
