Construction and materials – the key to trouble-free operation

The fitting is made of Cu-DHP (CW024A) copper with a purity of 99.99%, deoxidized with phosphorus, which provides high resistance to corrosion and extends the life of the installation. The use of copper in combination with press technology eliminates the risk of leaks that can occur in traditional connection methods. The elbow has a support collar that further stabilizes the connection and increases its mechanical strength. The protection of the connection surfaces in a raw state prepares them for the pressing process, ensuring optimal tightness.

Application and compliance with standards

This twin socket elbow is used in water, heating and air conditioning installations. It is compatible with the B Press system, which simplifies installation and allows for the creation of complex installations. It meets the PN-EN 1254 standard for copper fittings and PN EN 1982 for bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW). The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at a temperature of 20°C, which guarantees safe operation under typical operating conditions. The length of the elbow is 58 mm, and the outer diameter of the connecting pipe is 28 mm. The gasket material is EPDM.
