Crimping Coupling Made of Cu-DHP Copper, Without Seal

End cap made of pure deoxidized phosphorus copper Cu-DHP (CW024A), in accordance with standard PN EN 1254. No seal — no rubber, no EPDM. This is a purely metallic component designed to close the ends of copper pipes by crimping. The surface is in raw condition — no paint, no coating, no machining. This is not a press-fitting component. It does not contain a press-fitting mechanism. There is no V-profile in the context of the press system — the V-profile refers to the shape of the outer part of the coupling, not the installation technology.

The connection material is Cu-DHP — the same as in pipes and other components of the 5000 series from CONEX. This is high-purity copper, resistant to corrosion and intended for water supply and heating systems. The outer diameter of the pipe it fits: 12 mm. It is not compatible with other diameters — there is no flexibility or compatibility with other sizes.

Weight: 0.02 kg (confirmed by online source). Dimensions: approximately 10 x 10 x 10 mm (based on warehouse data). No special storage required. Does not degrade under normal operating conditions — Cu-DHP copper does not rust and does not react with potable water.

There are no UL, FM, ULC, or LPCB certificates — the manufacturer has not conducted tests nor submitted this component to these institutions. This does not mean it is of "lower quality" — it simply has not been tested within those certification systems. It is manufactured in accordance with PN EN 1254 as part of a complete copper system.

It cannot be soldered — there is no internal channel for soldering. It cannot be press-fitted — there is no seal and no press-fitting construction. The only correct application: installation at the end of a 12 mm copper pipe using a mechanical crimping method (e.g., using a wrench or pipe crimping tools), if the system manufacturer allows such a solution.
