BSPT-Rc Threaded Crimping Coupling

Crimp connection on one end, with 3/4 inch internal thread (BSPT-Rc) on the other — designed for joining crimped pipes to gas or heating installations with threaded connections. The stop flange ensures stability during installation and prevents pipe movement during crimping. The coupling is made of carbon steel, electrolytically galvanized both internally and externally — reducing the risk of corrosion in humid or aggressive environments.

No gaskets included — the seal is achieved through crimping technology, where the pipe is mechanically deformed onto the coupling surface. High working pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C allows use in high-load systems, including gas installations in accordance with practical requirements. The 55 mm length enables easy access for the crimping tool, even in confined spaces.

Connection material 1 is alloy steel, and the thread of connection 2 is also made of alloy steel — ensuring mechanical resistance and durability. Surface treatment of the connections is minimal: raw state on both ends, meaning no additional coating or polishing — only a clean, galvanized surface for direct installation.

No blind hole, no air vent, and no drain valve — it is a simple, one-piece transition element. It does not carry UL, FM, ULC, or LPCB certifications — it is not intended for systems requiring these specifications. However, its design and materials comply with typical requirements for gas installations in residential and industrial buildings.

Installation requires only a crimping tool and a properly prepared pipe with an outer diameter of 18 mm. The 3/4 inch thread (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) enables direct connection to valves, regulators, or other components with standard gas threads.
