Crimping Coupling with Internal BSPT-Rc Thread

Crimp connection for 28 mm diameter, equipped on the other side with a 1-inch internal taper thread (BSPT-Rc / ISO 7-1). This is a one-piece component made of carbon steel, electrolytically galvanized on both the crimping surface and the threaded section. The locating flange ensures stability during crimping and facilitates installation in hard-to-reach areas.

No gaskets included – sealing of both connections is achieved mechanically: via the deformable shape of the coupling during crimping and through the taper thread. Please note that it is not intended for potable water systems – its application is limited to gas installations and other non-potable media.

Working pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C makes it suitable for typical gas installations in residential and industrial buildings. The 61 mm length allows easy access to the fitting during installation, while its thin-walled construction reduces weight without compromising strength.

The thread complies with EN 10226-1 – no additional sealing with tape or paste is required if properly tightened. Crimping is performed using jaws with profile B (Rems V), standardly used for diameters from 15 to 54 mm. The coupling has no closed end or air vent – it is ready for "dry" installation.
