Reducing Coupling 54x35 – Galvanized Carbon Steel, Press-Fit

Single-piece coupling made of carbon steel with galvanic zinc coating on both ends. Features a straight design with a stop flange, which facilitates precise pipe insertion and prevents pipe displacement during installation. Connection 1 is a press-fit sleeve with a diameter of 54 mm; Connection 2 is a push-fit end with a diameter of 35 mm. Both sides are designed to work with pipes compliant with the press-fit system specification.

Sealing is achieved using an EPDM rubber gasket—a material with high resistance to temperature and water exposure. The gasket is seated within the coupling groove and ensures a hermetic seal during the pressing process. There are no additional components such as a "press-check sleeve" or other visual indicators.

Pressing causes simultaneous deformation of the coupling metal and the pipe, along with compression of the EPDM gasket within its groove, creating a mechanical and leak-tight connection that cannot be disconnected. A working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20°C makes this coupling suitable for water and heating installations in both civil and industrial construction.

The length is 99 mm—its compact form allows installation even in tight spaces. Both ends are made of alloy steel, and the zinc coating provides corrosion protection without additional paint or lacquer. There are no valves, air vents, or caps.

Installation requires a pressing tool equipped with appropriate jaws (profile "M"), matched to the 35 mm and 54 mm diameters. The absence of threads or welding ensures clean installation with no fire risk. The connection is permanent and cannot be disconnected without damaging the components.
