Reducing Tee with Three Crimping Sockets

The fitting is made of alloyed carbon steel, electrolytically galvanized both internally and externally. The surface is neither polished nor lacquered; it remains in its raw state, ensuring stability and corrosion resistance in ventilation and air conditioning installations where there is no contact with pressurized water.

All three connections are crimping sockets – they require no welding, threading, or gaskets. Installation is performed by crimping the pipe into the socket using the appropriate tool. The stop flange on each socket ensures precise pipe centering during crimping and increases resistance to mechanical displacement.

Diameters: two ends with a diameter of 54 mm, and 28 mm in the center. This allows branching a larger duct (e.g., main line) to a smaller one (e.g., to a terminal unit) without the need for additional adapters. There are no gaskets – tightness is achieved solely through plastic deformation of the pipe wall during crimping.

Maximum working pressure: 16 bar at 20°C – sufficient for mechanical ventilation systems, air conditioning, and other pressurized air installations. Not intended for water or steam pipes.

FM, UL, ULC, or LPCB certificates are not assigned – the product meets technical standards for galvanized steel used in air systems but is not tested against construction standards for hydraulic installations.

No gasket material (EPDM) is present – there are no gaskets at all. The fitting functions exclusively as a mechanical crimped component.
