Reducing Tee with Three Crimp Sockets

The fitting is made of alloyed carbon steel, electrolytically galvanized – providing corrosion resistance in water installations where operating conditions do not require copper or stainless steel materials. Each of the three ends features a crimp socket, enabling installation without welding, threading, or gluing – simply crimp the pipes according to the standard.

Dimensions: 54 mm – 42 mm – 54 mm. This means two ends are intended for pipes with a diameter of 54 mm, while the central end is for a 42 mm pipe. There are no internal gaskets; however, a stop flange on each end ensures tightness during crimping. The sealing material in the crimp system is EPDM – an elastomer resistant to temperatures from -10°C to +95°C and suitable for potable water.

Working pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C – sufficient for most heating and water supply installations in residential and commercial buildings. There is no air vent, no drain valve, and it is not capped – it is a pure branch element.

The stop flange not only ensures tightness but also facilitates control of crimping depth. The installer knows exactly where the pipe ends and where the socket begins – no guessing required. This is important when working with thin-walled pipes, which are prone to deformation.

There are no FM, UL, or ULC certifications – it is not intended for systems requiring American standards. However, it is a product compliant with general European practices for installing galvanized steel.

Installation: crimping only. No specialized equipment is required beyond a crimping tool for pipes with diameters of 42–54 mm. There is no need to clean pipe surfaces or threads – simply cut the pipes straight and crimp.

There are no additional components. No plastic. No metal other than alloyed steel and electro-galvanized coating. This is design simplicity – without unnecessary complications.
