Brass elbow for screw connections

This elbow with an internal thread is designed for connecting pipes in water, heating, air conditioning, compressed air and oil installations. Made of brass CW617N or DZR, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its construction based on screw connections allows for easy assembly and disassembly without the need for welding or soldering.

Construction and application

The Conex elbow is characterized by a unique nut with protrusions, which ensures a firm clamping of the brass ring on the pipe. This makes it possible to connect different types of pipes – copper (compliant with PN-EN 1057) and stainless steel (compliant with PN-EN 10312). The bend angle of 90 degrees allows for changing the direction of the installation in a compact and aesthetic way. The connection of the clamping ring with an internal BSPP-G thread (ISO 228-1) ensures the tightness and reliability of the connection. The nominal connection diameter is 1/2 inch (DN 15), and the outer pipe diameter is 15 mm.
