This single spigot bend with a 45-degree angle and a diameter of 15 mm from the B Press Gas series is an element of a pressing fittings system, designed for building safe and efficient gas, compressed air, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) installations. Made of high-quality Cu-DHP copper, it ensures long-lasting tightness and corrosion resistance. Its construction, based on a precise pressing process, guarantees a reliable connection of pipes without the need for welding or threading.

Materials and workmanship – the key to safety

The bend is made of Cu-DHP (CW024A) copper with a purity of 99.99% deoxidized with phosphorus, which ensures high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Both connection surfaces and the element itself are in a raw state. This solution is typical for fittings designed for pressing, where the clamping force ensures a tight connection. B Press Gas fittings are manufactured in accordance with PN EN 1254 and PN EN 1982 (in the case of bronze elements), which confirms their compliance with European quality standards. Originating from Spain or Poland guarantees quality control at every stage of production.

It has a support collar for additional connection stability. The maximum working pressure is 5 bar at a temperature of 20°C. The connector has a socket crimp connection on one side and a push-in end on the other.
