90° Single-Socket Elbow with Galvanized Carbon Steel

90-degree pressed elbow made from thin-walled carbon steel profile, electrolytically galvanized. One end features a compression socket, the other a push-fit end. Both connection types are designed for use with pressed systems, requiring no welding or threading.

Electro-galvanizing on the surface of the compression socket provides corrosion resistance in humid conditions, which is crucial for installations in technical rooms, ventilation ducts, or underfloor applications. The surface is not additionally lacquered or painted—it remains in its raw state, facilitating quality control prior to installation and eliminating the risk of coating damage during pressing.

The product is intended for hydraulic and heating systems where flexible flow direction changes are required without the need for multiple components. Thanks to its uniform construction and precise shape, it minimizes flow resistance and the risk of leaks when properly installed.

Installation is performed using a specialized pressing tool—no additional gaskets or adhesives are required. Compatibility with the pressed system ensures interoperability with other components of the Conex 5000 series. There is no need for threads or welding, which shortens installation time and reduces the risk of human error.

Note: Although the galvanized coating protects against corrosion, it does not replace proper installation design. In environments with high chemical aggressiveness or in contact with salt or acids, additional protection should be considered.
