90° Single-Bell Crimp Elbow

The single-bell elbow is made of thin-walled galvanized carbon steel, designed for crimped connections with a 35 mm diameter. Both ends feature the same outer pipe diameter—35 mm—and are engineered for use with steel pipes. One end is a crimping sleeve, the other a push-fit end. This is not a symmetrical component; both ends differ in construction and are not interchangeable.

Connection surfaces are electro-galvanized—corrosion protection applied to both ends in the raw state, without additional treatment. It contains no gaskets or flexible elements. Leak-tightness is ensured solely by the crimping process.

Elbow angle: exactly 90°. Length between connection planes: 68 mm. Maximum working pressure: 16 bar at 20°C—sufficient for water and heating installations in residential and commercial buildings.

Equipped with a stop flange—facilitates maintaining position during crimping and increases joint stability. No air vent, drain valve, or other additional functions.
