Gas installation transition nipple

This bronze transition nipple, with a diameter of 22 mm and a 1/2 inch thread, is a reliable solution for connecting components in gas installations. Made of high-quality bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) according to PN EN 1982, it provides corrosion resistance and long-term use. Designed for pressing in the B Press Gas system, it enables quick and safe installation.

Design and application

The nipple connects a compression socket (for a 22 mm diameter pipe) with a tapered external gas thread BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) with a diameter of 1/2 inch. The simple design facilitates installation, and the material guarantees a tight and durable connection. It is ideally suited for installing natural gas, LPG and compressed air. It is used where a transition from a pressed pipe to a component with an external thread is required.
