Exhaust Elbow 180, 90° with Inspection Hatch
The elbow is constructed from two steel layers – an inner flue pipe and an outer insulating jacket – with a thermal insulation layer between them. This design ensures low external surface temperatures, reducing the risk of overheating the surroundings and facilitating installation in close proximity to combustible materials.
The built-in inspection hatch allows for inspection and cleaning of the flue gas channel without the need to disassemble the entire system. This is a significant advantage during maintenance or when checking the condition of the inner pipe – there is no need to dismantle the whole installation; simply open the inspection cover.
The 90° angle enables smooth changes in flue gas flow direction, and the DN 180 diameter is tailored to the performance requirements of gas and oil boilers with insulated systems. The design meets the needs of installations supplied by B23p or B23s type appliances, where tightness and corrosion resistance are required.
Dimensions: 327 mm length, 327 mm width, 180 mm height – the elbow is designed to fit standard insulated pipe systems of the BDR (De Dietrich) brand. No additional matching components are required when connecting with other elements of the same system.
Installation is simple: the elbow connects to other components using a clamping system with a gasket, ensuring tightness while facilitating disassembly. No specialized equipment or additional sealing with adhesives or tapes is required.
Compliant with standards for insulated flue gas systems – no additional certificates are required when installed within the BDR system.
