Chimneys for pellet heating must be durable, which is why they are made of high-quality steel. Two variants are used - ferritic or austenitic steel. The first one consists of chromium, molybdenum, but the carbon content is very low. This type of steel is characterized by high corrosion resistance, which reduces the risk of damage and possible leaks. It is therefore a material that provides optimal safety. Austenitic steel, on the other hand, consists of chromium, molybdenum, nickel, with a very low carbon content.

The materials from which the chimney system components are made must be resistant not only to high temperatures, but also to weather conditions and exhaust fumes.
