This package includes a high-efficiency, wall-mounted De Dietrich MCR3 evo 35T condensing gas boiler, combined with an Aquavie 125 hot water storage tank. This comprehensive solution provides efficient home heating and a constant supply of hot water, ideal for both new installations and modernization of existing heating systems. The compact dimensions and low weight of the unit facilitate installation and integration into the living space.

Technology and user comfort

The MCR3 evo 35T boiler is distinguished by its modern design and high efficiency, reaching up to 110.7% at 30% load. This allows you to reduce heating costs and minimize emissions of harmful substances – NOx levels are kept below 50 mg/kWh. The heat exchanger made of aluminum-silicon cast iron is exceptionally resistant to scale formation, which translates into a long service life and stable operation. In addition, the manufacturer offers an 8-year warranty on the heat exchanger.

The package also includes an Aquavie 125 DHW tank with a capacity of 125 liters, equipped with a 2.7 kW electric heater. This ensures fast water heating and comfortable use, even with high demand. The ability to connect a SMART TC° thermostat allows remote control of the boiler via Wi-Fi using a smartphone or tablet – full control over the temperature in your home is always at hand!

Installation flexibility and wide connection possibilities

The boiler has been designed with ease of installation and adaptation to different conditions in mind. It is possible to connect to a horizontal or vertical flue (C10, C13 and C33 approvals), as well as to a chimney (B23p and C93), a distributed system (C53) or a collective flue system (C43p). The unit is factory set to operate with natural gas, but it can be adapted to propane without additional costs. The air/gas module with a check valve allows operation with pressurized flue gas systems. The set includes a hydraulic connection cover and a DHW sensor, which facilitates installation and ensures safe use.
