Modern condensing heating with intelligent management

The MCR4 19/AQUAvie125 wall-mounted condensing gas boiler is a complete heating solution combining a high-efficiency condensing boiler with an AQUAvie 125-liter stainless steel domestic hot water (DHW) storage tank.

The device is adapted for burning natural gas with a 20% hydrogen blend, making it prepared for future ecological requirements and changes in the composition of gas supplied to buildings. The advanced Gas Adaptive System automatically controls the combustion process and adjusts the boiler's operation depending on the gas category (E, Lw, Ls, or propane/butane), ensuring optimal efficiency regardless of the fuel type.

Advanced technology and efficiency

The boiler is equipped with an air-gas module providing a wide power modulation range from 10 to 100%, allowing for precise adjustment of output to the current needs of the heating installation. The stainless steel toroidal heat exchanger is covered by a 5-year warranty, and the efficiency at full load reaches up to 105.8%, translating into significant heating cost savings.

The NOx level is below 14 mg/kWh. The hydraulic module with a brass body includes an A-class modulated pump with an energy efficiency index of EEI<0.23, a central heating/DHW diverter valve mounted on the supply, and a central heating safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar.

Installation flexibility and compatibility

The device offers wide possibilities for connection to various flue gas discharge systems - it can be connected to a flue gas duct (homologations C10, C13, and C33), a chimney (homologation B23p and C93), a flue distribution system (C53), or a collective flue gas discharge system (C43P). The set includes a Ø60/100 mm air-flue connector and a DHW sensor.

The heater is standardly equipped with an electric heater with a power of 2.7 kW/230V, providing an additional heat source for DHW. An 8-liter expansion vessel is mounted within the boiler's supporting frame.

Intelligent control and automation

The E-Pilot control console is equipped with weather compensation and an intuitive user interface (requires additional equipment of the AF60 outdoor temperature sensor). The system is adapted for connection with the Smart TC modulating thermostat, which enables Wi-Fi connectivity for remote control of the installation and fault signaling via a smartphone or tablet using a free Android or iOS application.

As an optional accessory, the SCB-17B board is available for direct installation in the boiler, enabling the management of an additional heating circuit, which extends the system's functionality to advanced multi-zone heating installation management.
