Modern condensing heating with DHW heater

The MCR4 24/SRK150MG condensing gas boiler is a complete heating solution for single-family houses and apartments, combining a high-efficiency wall-mounted boiler with an enamelled domestic hot water heater SRK150MG. This set eliminates the need for a separate DHW tank purchase, while simultaneously providing thermal comfort and constant access to hot water for the entire family.

The device has been adapted to burn natural gas with a 20% hydrogen blend, making it a future-proof solution prepared for changes in the gas infrastructure. The air-gas module provides a wide power modulation range from 10 to 100%, allowing for precise adjustment of the boiler's operation to the current heating needs of the building.

Advanced technology and energy efficiency

At the heart of the boiler is a toroidal heat exchanger made of stainless steel, covered by a 5-year warranty, which guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation of the device. Condensing technology allows for achieving full load efficiency of up to 105.8%, which translates into significant operational cost savings compared to traditional conventional boilers.

The Gas Adaptive System automatically controls the combustion process and adjusts the boiler's operation depending on the gas category (E, Lw, Ls, or propane/butane). In the case of burning Ls gas, a conversion kit must be used as an optional accessory. The boiler is characterized by low NOx emissions <14 mg/kWh, meeting the highest ecological requirements.

The hydraulic module contains a brass body and an A-class modulated pump with an energy efficiency index of EEI<0.23. The central heating/DHW switching valve mounted on the supply and the central heating safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar ensure the safe operation of the entire heating system.

Ease of use and intelligent control

The E-Pilot control console is equipped with weather compensation and an intuitive user interface (requires additional equipment with the AF60 outdoor temperature sensor). The system is adapted for connection with the Smart TC modulating thermostat, which enables Wi-Fi connectivity for remote control of the installation and fault signaling.

Thanks to a dedicated mobile application available for free on Android or iOS systems, the user can monitor the boiler's operation and control the heating using a smartphone or tablet from anywhere in the world. The fault signaling function allows for rapid response in case of technical problems.

An expansion vessel with a capacity of 8 liters mounted in the support frame ensures stable operation of the heating system during changes in the volume of the heating medium.

Installation and system compatibility

The boiler is standardly equipped with a Ø60/100 mm air/flue connector and a DHW sensor, as well as a boiler-heater connection kit enabling quick installation of the entire set. The device offers wide possibilities for connecting flue gas discharge systems: air/flue pipe (homologations C10, C13, and C33), chimney (homologation B23p and C93), distribution system (C53), or a collective flue gas discharge system (C43P).

A non-return valve enables operation with C43p pressurized flue gas discharge systems. As an optional accessory, the SCB-17B board is available for direct installation in the boiler, which enables management of an additional heating circuit - an ideal solution for multi-zone buildings or installations with complex heating hydraulics.
