The wall-mounted condensing gas boiler MCR4 32 supplied with an AQUAvie stainless steel DHW cylinder is a complete heating solution for single-family houses and apartments. The device is adapted to burn natural and liquid gas with a 20% hydrogen blend, making it a future-proof choice in the context of the growing importance of ecological energy sources.

Advanced combustion control system and power modulation

The boiler is equipped with the Gas Adaptive System electronic combustion control system, which automatically adjusts the boiler's operation depending on the gas category (E, Lw, Ls, or propane/butane). The air-gas module provides a wide power modulation range from 10 to 100%, allowing for precise matching of output to current heating needs.

Efficiency at full load reaches 105.8%, and NOx emissions are below 14 mg/kWh, meeting the highest ecological requirements. The stainless steel toroidal heat exchanger is covered by a 5-year warranty, testifying to the high quality of workmanship and the durability of the device.

Comprehensive hydraulics and intelligent control

The hydraulic module includes a brass body and an A-class modulated pump with an energy efficiency index of EEI<0.23. A central heating/DHW diverter valve mounted on the supply and a central heating safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar ensure the safe operation of the installation.

The E-Pilot control console offers weather compensation and an intuitive user interface. When equipped with the AF60 outdoor temperature sensor and the Smart TC modulating thermostat, it is possible to connect to a Wi-Fi network for remote control of the installation via smartphone or tablet using a free Android/iOS application.

Installation flexibility and system compatibility

The device offers wide connection possibilities: a Ø60/100 mm air/flue connector included, the possibility of connection to a flue gas duct (C10, C13, and C33 approvals), a chimney (B23p and C93 approval), a manifold system (C53), or a collective flue gas discharge system (C43P).

The cylinder is standardly equipped with a 2.7 kW/230V electric heating element. The delivery includes a DHW sensor, a boiler-cylinder connection kit, and an 8-liter expansion vessel mounted in the support frame. As an optional accessory, the SCB-17B board is available, allowing for the management of an additional heating circuit directly in the boiler.
