The MCR3 evo 35T condensing boiler, supplied as a complete package with the AQUAvie150 storage tank, offers a ready-to-install solution for single-function heating systems. It combines modulating power, a compact design, and direct connection to the domestic hot water (DHW) tank. The boiler is factory-pre-set and delivered with a 150-liter storage tank mounted directly beneath the unit — eliminating the need for additional hydraulic components or separate tank installation.

The boiler’s compact design measures 370 x 550 x 360 mm and has a net weight of 28 kg, enabling wall mounting even in confined spaces. The AQUAvie150 tank, weighing 72 kg, is constructed from stainless steel. The complete package has a total weight of approximately 100 kg.

The boiler operates on natural gas and can be easily converted to propane without requiring a replacement burner kit. Its modulating power range is 8.5 to 35.7 kW at 50/30°C supply/return temperatures, allowing precise matching to load demands — especially beneficial in low-temperature systems. Partial-load efficiency (return temperature 30°C) reaches up to 110.4%, with a seasonal heating efficiency of 94%.

The heat exchanger is cast from aluminum-silicon alloy — highly resistant to limescale buildup and covered by an 8-year warranty. The burner modulates from 24% to 100% using an air/gas modulation module with an intake silencer, ensuring quiet and efficient operation.

The hydraulic system includes an A-class modulating pump, a switching valve for CH/DHW, a 3-bar CH safety valve, and an 8-liter expansion vessel — all integrated into a robust frame. The tank’s coil delivers a DHW output of 825 l/h at 80/10/45°C, with a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar.

The control panel features a backlit LCD display and is detachable — allowing wall mounting or installation beneath the boiler. Operation is intuitive: four functional buttons enable basic parameter settings and access to the service menu. Compatibility with the SMART TC° thermostat and Wi-Fi control via smartphone or tablet is supported.

The boiler complies with the following certifications: C10, C13, C33, B23p, C93, C53, and C43 — permitting connection to horizontal or vertical flue pipes, traditional chimneys, or centralized/distributed flue systems. NOx emissions do not exceed 60 mg/kWh.
