Modern heating system for single-family houses

The wall-mounted condensing gas boiler MCR4 24 in a set with the AQUAvie stainless steel DHW water heater is a complete heating solution for residential buildings. The system has been designed with maximum energy efficiency and user comfort in mind, offering a nominal power of 26,1 kW while maintaining a high condensing efficiency of up to 105,8%.

Advanced combustion technology and power modulation

The boiler is equipped with the innovative Gas Adaptive System, which automatically controls the combustion process and adjusts the boiler's operation to the type of gas used (E, Lw, Ls, or propane/butane). In the case of Ls gas combustion, the use of a conversion kit as an optional accessory is required.

The air-gas module provides a wide power modulation range from 10 to 100%, allowing for precise adjustment of performance to the current heating needs of the building. The non-return valve enables operation with pressurized flue gas discharge systems C43p, guaranteeing safe and efficient operation in various installation configurations.

The system is characterized by very low pollutant emissions - the NOx < 14 mg/kWh level meets the highest ecological requirements. The boiler is adapted for burning gas with a 20% hydrogen blend, making it ready for future trends in heating technology.

Heat exchanger and hydraulic module

The central element of the boiler is a toroidal heat exchanger made of stainless steel, covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. The hydraulic module contains a brass body and an A-class modulated pump with an energy efficiency coefficient of EEI < 0,23. The central heating/DHW switching valve mounted on the supply allows for efficient switching between heating mode and domestic hot water preparation. The central heating safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar protects the installation against excessive pressure increases.

An expansion vessel with a capacity of 8 liters is mounted in the boiler's support frame.

AQUAvie stainless steel DHW water heater and intelligent control

The AQUAvie series water heaters are made of the highest quality stainless steel, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance and eliminates the need to replace the anti-corrosion anode throughout the entire period of operation.

The water heaters are standardly equipped with an electric heating element with a power of 2,7 kW / 230V, which can serve as an additional heat source or an emergency source for heating domestic hot water. Three mounting options are available: wall-mounted (100 l) or floor-standing under the boiler (125 l or 150 l), allowing for optimal adaptation to installation conditions.

The E-Pilot control console is equipped with weather compensation and an intuitive user interface (requires additional equipment: AF60 outdoor temperature sensor). The system is adapted for connection with the Smart TC modulating thermostat, which enables a wireless Wi-Fi connection for remote control of the installation.

Thanks to a dedicated mobile application available free of charge for Android and iOS systems, the user can monitor the operation of the heating system and receive notifications about any faults directly on a smartphone or tablet.

As an optional accessory, the SCB-17B board is available for direct installation in the boiler, which enables management of an additional heating circuit - an ideal solution for buildings with an extensive heating installation.

The system offers wide possibilities for connection to various types of flue gas discharge installations. The set includes an air-flue connector with a diameter of Ø60/100 mm. Connection to a flue gas duct (homologations C10, C13, and C33), a chimney (homologation B23p and C93), a distribution system (C53), or a collective flue gas discharge system (C43P) is possible.

The set also includes a DHW sensor and a complete boiler-water heater connection kit.
