Gas burner G 43/2S – modulating or two-stage, 220–720 kW

The burner is designed for operation with natural gas at a pressure of 20–25 mbar – optionally adaptable to 300 mbar using an external regulator. It has been tested and pre-adjusted hot, eliminating the need for additional adjustments after installation.

It operates in both modulating and progressive two-stage modes. In De Dietrich boilers equipped with the DIEMATIC-m3 or K3 console, it supports full modulation; in systems with the Standard or B3 console, it operates in two-stage mode. It can also be installed in boilers from other manufacturers, provided technical parameters are compatible.

The DUO-PRESS air compression system ensures stable combustion and high energy efficiency – especially under varying load conditions. The long burner head improves flame distribution, resulting in uniform heating of the heat exchange surface and reduced risk of local overheating.

Nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions range from 127–160 mg/kWh (G 43/2S), meeting requirements for low-emission equipment. The G 43-3S version has slightly higher emissions – 143–163 mg/kWh – but this model is not covered by this description.

The flange is sliding, facilitating adaptation to various combustion chamber types. Wiring sockets comply with European standards – no additional insulation or modifications are required during connection. Various gas paths are available from the factory, allowing mounting flexibility without the need to replace components.

Dimensions: 117.5 × 54 × 54 cm – compatible with the installation space of GT 430/530 series boilers, as well as many other models with similar dimensions.
