The DCG409VSNT-XJ grinder features a wide range of speed adjustment (3000-9000 rpm), allowing precise adjustment to the material being processed - from delicate sanding to aggressive cutting. FlexVolt Advantage technology combined with the DCB547 battery provides an impressive output power of up to 1647W, and with the DCB546 – 1550W. When using a standard 18V 5Ah battery, the power drops to 960W, which still guarantees efficient operation. The brushless motor provides greater energy efficiency and longer tool life.

Safety and comfort of use

Work safety is a priority – the grinder is equipped with a number of advanced systems: electronic torque clutch, which switches off the device in case of disc jamming, disc brake stopping the disc after releasing the switch, and overload protection protecting the motor from overheating. Additionally, the E-Clutch™ system activates in less than 1/10 of a second after detecting disc jamming, and the Kickback Brake technology minimizes the risk of kickback. The rubber-coated housing and ergonomic handle provide a secure grip and comfort during long-term work. Removable dust guards with a protective mesh reduce dust intake by the motor, increasing its durability. Disc guard adjustment is tool-free.
