The switch with smooth speed control and a lock-on function allows you to control the tool and ensures safe operation. Four-stage orbital action setting allows you to adjust the cutting speed to the type of material being processed – from fast cutting of thick elements to precise cutting of details. The tool-free adjustable base with a scratch-resistant pad, tilting in both directions at a 45° angle, makes it easier to work in various positions and ensures accurate angled cuts. The quick blade change system (accepting blades with a T-shank) minimizes downtime during work. The soft grip provides a secure grip and reduces fatigue even during prolonged use. The blower removes chips from the cutting line, providing good visibility, and the LED light illuminates the work area.

Performance and reliability in a set

The set includes two 5.0Ah Li-Ion batteries, a multi-voltage charger XR and a durable TSTAK II system case, making it a complete solution ready to use straight out of the box. Li-Ion XR batteries provide long running time without self-discharge, and the multi-voltage charger is compatible with other DeWalt 18V XR tools. The jigsaw reaches a no-load stroke rate of 1000-3200 strokes per minute and a stroke length of 26 mm. The maximum cutting depth in wood is 135 mm, and in metal – 10 mm. The low weight (2.1 kg) makes it easier to maneuver the tool during work.
