Construction and Performance

The heart of the trimmer is a brushless motor with a patented gear transmission, which guarantees high torque and maintains cutting speed even under load. Two speed modes allow you to adjust the work to specific needs – from precise shaping to quickly trimming larger areas. Laser-cut blades made of hardened steel, 55 cm long, ensure durability and sharpness for a long time. A cutting gap width of 19 mm allows cutting thicker branches without jamming.

Comfort and Safety

The ergonomic design of the trimmer, combined with its light weight (only 4.1 kg with battery), ensures comfortable work even during prolonged use. An additional fixed handle increases control over the tool, and a special design of the guard improves access to difficult places and visibility of the cutting area. The switch with smooth adjustment allows precise control of the device. Safety is also confirmed by a solid housing made of durable Xenoy™ material, resistant to impacts.

Ready-to-use Set

The set with the trimmer includes an 18V 5.0 Ah lithium-ion battery and a multi-voltage charger XR. The battery provides a long working time – up to 75 minutes on a single charge (depending on working conditions). The multi-voltage charger allows charging DeWalt XR series batteries with different voltages, which increases flexibility. The whole is packed in a practical transport carton.
