The DEHNshield TNS 255 Basic FM surge arrester is a multi-pole, combined type 1 and type 2 protective device based on spark-gap technology. It is designed to protect electrical installations in residential buildings, both new and modernized. Its compact design – only one module wide per pole – saves space in the distribution board.
This four-pole arrester is intended for TN(C)-S networks with a rated voltage of 230/400 V. It meets the requirements of PN-HD 60364-5-534:2016 and PN-HD 60364-4-443:2016, guaranteeing its compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards. The possibility of direct mounting at the input of the electrical installation simplifies installation and minimizes voltage drop.

In addition, the device is compatible with energy coordination according to DIN EN 62305-4, which allows for optimal adaptation of the lightning protection system to specific installation conditions.
