Safety helmet – comfort and safety in one

This safety helmet combines modern design with functionality, providing comfort and safety during work. The baseball cap shape not only distinguishes it from traditional helmets but also improves upward visibility, increasing user comfort. The design has been tested for wearing with the brim facing forward or backward, offering the user freedom of choice.

Construction and features

The helmet is made of durable ABS, guaranteeing effective protection. It is equipped with a ROTOR adjustment system, allowing adjustment of the head circumference in the range of 53-64 cm. Two possibilities of adjusting the harness position (up/down) allow for precise adjustment to individual needs. The polyamide harness, consisting of 3 textile straps with 8 attachment points, ensures stability and comfort. The internal sweatband made of sponge absorbs moisture, maintaining dryness and comfort even during intensive work. Ventilation provides adequate airflow, preventing overheating.

Application and standards

The helmet is intended for use in various industries, such as construction, industry, and renovation work. It meets the EN397:2012 + A1:2012 and ANSI-ISEA Z89.1 (Type I Class C) standards, which confirms its high quality and effectiveness in providing protection. Additionally, it has MM markings (protection against splashes of molten metals), LD (resistance to lateral deformation), and a working temperature range from -30°C to +50°C. This makes it suitable even in difficult weather conditions.

User comfort and additional information

The ergonomic One-D Rotor adjustment system allows easy adjustment of the helmet with one hand, even with gloves on. The short, curved brim provides a wider field of vision in the upper part of the field of vision for greater safety. The helmet is available in various colors (white, blue, yellow, black, orange, red, green), allowing it to be matched to individual preferences or requirements regarding visual identification on the construction site or in the workplace.
