Safety helmet with a modern design and high comfort

This safety helmet combines functionality, comfort and a modern look. Its design, inspired by a baseball cap, provides not only effective protection, but also better upward visibility – particularly useful when working in various positions. Tested for wearing with the brim facing forward or backward, it offers the user complete freedom and adaptation to individual preferences.

Construction and user features

The helmet is made of durable ABS, which guarantees high impact resistance. The polyamide harness, equipped with 3 textile straps with 8 attachment points, ensures stable and secure retention of the helmet on the head. Wearing comfort is enhanced by a sponge sweatband that absorbs moisture and prevents skin irritation. The ROTOR adjustment system allows for precise adjustment of the head circumference in the range of 53 to 64 cm. Two adjustment options for the harness position (up/down) further increase wearing comfort.

Application: The helmet is intended for a wide range of construction, renovation, industrial and service sector work – anywhere where head protection from impacts and other hazards is required. It will also be useful during maintenance work, in the chemical industry and in the oil and gas sector.

Compliance with standards: The helmet meets the standards EN 397:2012 + A1:2012 and ANSI-ISEA Z89.1:2014 (Type I Class C), ensuring a high level of safety. It also has certificates of resistance to low (+50°C) and high (-30°C) temperatures.
