Safety helmet – comfort and safety on construction site
This ABS safety helmet, with a modern baseball cap shape, combines comfort and reliable protection. Designed for both professionals and those performing occasional construction work, it provides safety in various working conditions. Its lightweight construction and rotor adjustment system guarantee a perfect fit and comfort throughout the day.
Construction and properties
The helmet features a durable ABS shell that effectively absorbs impact energy. A polyamide harness, equipped with 3 textile straps with 8 attachment points, ensures stability and even distribution of forces in the event of an impact. An internal sweatband with sponge increases comfort by absorbing moisture. The ROTOR adjustment system allows for precise adjustment of the head circumference from 53 to 63 cm, and two position adjustment options (up/down) further increase comfort. A 4-point chin strap provides additional safety, preventing the helmet from slipping during work.
Additionally, the helmet has a reflective strip to improve user visibility in difficult lighting conditions. The fluorescent white color increases recognizability on the construction site. The helmet is tested in the "inverted" position, which confirms its versatility and reliability.
Application and standards
This helmet meets the requirements of EN 397 (industrial safety helmets) and EN 50365 (dielectric helmets for work on low voltage installations – class 0). It provides protection against impacts, splashes of molten metal (MM), lateral deformation (LD) and electrical hazards up to 440 VAC (1000 VAC/1500 VDC). It can be used in a wide range of temperatures – from -20°C to +50°C – making it an ideal choice for working in both cold and warm conditions. It is suitable for construction, renovation, finishing works and in industry.
