The Zircon1 helmet features a solid construction based on an 8-point harness system made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The harness is smoothly adjustable, allowing it to be fitted to head circumferences from 53 to 63 cm. Inside there is a sponge sweatband that provides comfort even during long-term work. Additionally, the helmet has standard slots for attaching accessories and chin strap attachments (2 or 4-point), increasing safety.

The helmet meets the stringent safety standards EN397:2012 + A1:2012 and EN50365:2002. It provides electrical insulation up to 440 VAC, making it an ideal choice for work on electrical installations.
