Construction and operating conditions

The housing is made of steel sheet, ensuring resistance to mechanical damage during transport and installation. The surface is powder-coated in grey (RAL 7035), providing good aesthetics and corrosion resistance under typical atmospheric conditions. The device operates at 230 V AC (50 Hz), facilitating connection to standard power networks without the need for additional transformers.

Note the operating temperature range, which spans from -10°C to +60°C. This means the fan can be installed both inside production halls and in unheated rooms where temperatures may drop below zero. The noise level generated during operation falls within 73–76 dB(A), which is acceptable for most industrial applications; however, when installing near workstations, this factor should be considered during ventilation system planning.

Installation and practical application

The installation process is based on classic screw mounting. It requires preparing a mounting hole with dimensions of 345 x 265 mm. This mounting method ensures rigidity of the connection and eliminates the risk of housing vibrations during prolonged motor operation. The fan does not have a built-in filter, meaning that in environments with high dust or contamination levels, additional protection of the suction inlet should be provided, or the fan should be used in cleaner technological zones.

Availability of EMC and IP54 versions (depending on the specific order configuration) allows flexible adaptation of the device to safety standards and electromagnetic compatibility requirements. Thanks to this, the model is ideally suited as a cooling system component for:
