The DEVIpipeheat heating set is a comprehensive solution to protect pipelines from freezing and heat loss. It consists of a self-limiting cable and a cable section with a plug, allowing direct connection to a 230V network. This is a ready-to-use system that provides reliable protection in harsh weather conditions.

Installation comfort and safety

The self-limiting cable, equipped with an aluminum foil screen, adjusts its heating power to current needs, minimizing the risk of overheating and ensuring energy-efficient operation. The set does not require the use of an additional thermostat, which simplifies installation and reduces installation costs. It can be mounted on pipes made of various materials – steel, cast iron, PVC or PE – increasing its versatility. Installation is simple: the cable is attached to the pipe surface with self-adhesive aluminum tape, under a layer of thermal insulation.

The 16-meter long set with a power of 160W is designed for heating pipelines. The maximum operating temperature is 65°C, and the rated voltage is 230V. The heating power of the cable is 10W/m. Thanks to its compact dimensions (height 5.3 mm, width 7.7 mm), the set is easy to install even in tight spaces. The blue color of the cable makes it easier to identify during installation and operation.
