Universal Diamond Blade for Cutting and Grooving

The Technic Advanced 232x2.6/1.8x12x22.23-16 blade is designed for use with a wide range of construction materials—from concrete and brick to granite and paving stones. Its construction enables effective cutting even under demanding conditions, such as reinforced concrete with rebar up to 12 mm, sandstone, or concrete blocks. It operates efficiently both in open environments and within enclosed groove-cutting machines, making it ideal for creating channels for electrical and hydraulic installations.

Performance and Durability in Operation

The applied Doppelstark Tech technology ensures consistent cutting speed without loss of performance—the blade maintains its efficiency even during prolonged use. Segments are bonded using HIT (High-Temperature Sintering), guaranteeing a strong bond between the diamond layer and the core. As a result, segments do not detach during cutting, and the blade retains its sharpness throughout its entire service life.

The diamond layer height is 11–12 mm, with segment thicknesses of 2.6 mm (working portion) and 1.8 mm (base portion), enabling uniform wear and extended lifespan. The blade features 16 segments whose shape optimizes dust removal and cooling during operation, especially during grooving.

Practical Application and Compatibility

Operates without the need for water cooling—dry cutting. Compatible with angle grinders having a diameter of 230–232 mm and an arbor size of 22.23 mm. Suitable for:

• Grooving walls and floors for conduits
• Cutting M-400 concrete with reinforcement
• Processing colored and black granite
• Cutting full brick, hollow blocks, and concrete blocks
• Working with paving stones and sandstone

Cutting performance reaches approximately 0.5 meters per minute when cutting reinforced concrete, enabling fast and precise groove creation without frequent blade changes. Working life up to 60 linear meters on M-400 concrete with rebar up to 12 mm.

No specialized equipment required—it works on standard angle grinders. No need to change blades when switching between materials—one blade covers most common construction tasks.
