The devices work with a hydraulic foot pump. Ideal for sheet metal, with the maximum thickness of steel sheet not exceeding 2 mm, and the maximum thickness of stainless steel - 1.5 mm. Depending on the variant, individual heads may differ in pressure force, so you should carefully check the technical parameters before making a purchase.

Products prepared by brands such as ERKO allow for the production of precise holes of various diameters. They are solid and durable, and will work perfectly in various conditions. They are resistant to corrosion and extreme temperatures. The hydraulic head placed in the cassette is a reliable tool that allows for the preparation of round holes with a diameter of 60 mm to 120 mm, and square holes up to a maximum of 140 mm.

Clamping heads

Crimping heads are devices that allow you to make very precise and solid cable terminals and connectors to prepare them for use. The models available in our offer are perfect for use with aluminum and copper cables, if their cross-section is in the range of 6-120 mm. The devices will also work well with sleeve terminals (and without insulation) on multi-wire copper cables, if their cross-section is in the range of 25-285 mm.

The crimping heads help to change the shape of aluminium sector cores to round, using UF dies. The crimping heads available in the offer also work with the following dies: UA, UE, USM, UT and UF. The crimping heads in the K9 type cassette are equipped with a PT type quick connector.
