Auxiliary contact module – reliability and quick installation
This auxiliary contact module, designed to work with Eaton Moeller® DILA series circuit breakers and contactors, expands the functionality of the electrical installation. It offers a 2NO+2NC configuration (two normally open and two normally closed contacts), allowing for flexible adaptation to various applications in control and signaling circuits. It is a key element for installers who need a reliable and easy-to-install solution.
Construction and installation – saving time and ensuring connection reliability
The module is front-mounted, making installation and replacement easier. It uses spring-loaded terminals, which significantly speed up wiring – by up to 50% compared to traditional screw terminals. Spring-loaded terminals also provide constant clamping force, which translates into high resistance to vibration and shock, guaranteeing a stable connection for a long service life. Compatibility with existing Eaton products with screw terminals is an additional advantage, allowing for seamless integration with existing systems.
Application and parameters – versatility in practice
The DILA-XHI22-PI module is used in standard electrical applications where additional control or signaling of the circuit status is required. The rated operating current Ie is 4A for AC-15 at 230V, which provides adequate performance in typical control circuits. Thanks to the high quality of workmanship and compliance with IEC/EN 60947 standards, the product guarantees safety and reliable operation. A wide range of operating temperatures (-25°C to +60°C) enables its use in various environmental conditions. Additionally, interlocked opposite contacts provide increased safety and precision of operation in accordance with IEC 60947-5-1 Annex L.
